I went to the hotel, I stayed two days The hotel service very excellent with Mr. Kadir and Yasin at the reception they were very kind, and great. But, specially with Mr. Kadir Bayraktar. Finally I recommend this hotel because it is nice to stay there, quiet confortable

absolutely not 5 star hotel 🙌🏻 2 or maybe 3.. rooms are so small and the design of rooms are simple we prefer for the cost.. it was cheapest one in 5 stars hotel/ per a night 1000₺. They have cooperation with this cafe. It was nice to get breakfast there. Cool place was it.

Very loud, near impossible to sleep. They host live music every night, which is then followed by drunk men being loud. The hotel guests slam doors which is also frustrating. I didn’t get a good sleep here meaning I had little energy to explore and enjoy my holiday. I had to book another room which faced the opposite direction to the music and this was given at a discounted price rather than free. The staff were friendly, and this hotel is in a great location - shame about the noise and the rooms didn’t amell very clean!

Actually i cant tell if it is 5 stars or 2 because there were: Awful service man with no respect The room was too small Night club in the basement wont let you sleep before 12:00 cuz of the noise

The rooms are a bit outdated and the bathroom is dark. If you get a room with a window, you will likely hear the band at the hotel restaurant until late. Otherwise, there is no window.

Only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the location. Besides this it lacks of hygiene and the rooms are dated, the rooms and bathrooms smell. Our toilet wasn’t cleaned, although it had a label with cleaned on it. I found hairs on the toilet, sink and room floor. We asked for them to clean our room properly. The door key wasn’t working, it only worked for electricity. But they didn’t tell us. We found out ourself when we stood there in our slippers and wet hair after hammam. They ran out of roomkeys. The guy said we had to call him every time we want to enter our room. Not what I expected of a greenpark, 5 star? hotel
